​Option 1

• Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3

• Select Option 1 and request support for Bernina to be added to your scanner

• 3M™ will then confirm with Bernina Dental Lab and add connection remotely

Option 2

• After scanning the case, export the file as an STL and save it to your computer

• Login to your account here 

• Fill out a new prescription by clicking on Order then New

• Enter the patients name then click Products and prescribe the product

• Click the Files button and choose the STL files saved on your computer

• Click Options to submit specify any characteristics you would like to add 

• Click Shade to provide the shade and choose a due date

• Click Send
